Welcome to Pension and Wine Bar Velky Dvur in Pasohlávky!

Accommodation:

• It is situated in the object of Pension and Wine bar Velky Dvur in Pasohlavky.
• Two-bed, three-bed and three-bed + extra bed apartments.
• Appartment includes a hallway with a storage space, a bathroom with a shower, a toilet and a private room itself.
• Private room is equipped with a refrigerator, LED TV and Wi-Fi connection
• There is also a common room and a common kitchenette available.
• Bicycle lock (monitored area) and car parking is both available in a closed facility.
• Arrivals are between 15:00 - 18:00. Later arrivals has to be announced by the client earlier over the phone.
• End of stay on the day of departure until 10:00.
• For hygienic reasons, we do not accommodate pets with our guests. Thank you for your understanding.
• Wifi internet access is available in the Pension, the wine bar and the summer garden.
• By booking, you agree to the processing of personal data (see Information for area of protection personal data), with contractual and cancellation terms.

Meals:

• You can eat in our restaurant, which is part of the Pension.
• Boarding is according to opening hours - see front page.
• Breakfasts:
• - served from 8:00 am to 9:45 am
• - in season they are already included in price of accommodation
• - out of season only if more clients are interested

Season price list 2025 (July, August, September and October):

• Adults: 850,- CZK
• Children (3-12 years): 730,- CZK
• Extra bed: 730,- CZK
• If the apartment is filled with only one person, we charge per person: 1050,- CZK
• In case of occupancy for one night only, we charge per bed: 900,- CZK


• Child (only 1) up to 3 years free of charge - if it does not require bedding. Baby bed 100, - CZK / night.
• Two apartments have air conditioning - 150 CZK per day per room.
• The total cost of the stay is payed on the day of arrival.

Off-season price list:

• Adult: 600, - CZK
• Extra bed: 500, - CZK
• Child (3-12 years): 500, - CZK


• If the apartment is filled by one person only, we charge 850, - CZK per person
• If the apartment is used only for one night, we charge 650, - CZK per bed


• Breakfast (buffet): adult 180, - CZK per person, children 3-12 years 150, - CZK - both but only by prior arrangement.


• Child up to 3 years free of charge - if it does not require bedding.
• The total cost of the stay is payed on the day of arrival.

Fees to municipality Pasohlavky:

• 1 person (above 18 years) = 30,- CZK per night.
• Children below 18 years and workers on business trip are free from paying fees.
• These fees are not counted at prices of accommodation, but are payed locally and redirected to municipality.

• The owner has the right to require the client to pay the total price of the accommodation and services before they are provided

• The operator is not entitled to increase the price unilaterally after the confirmation of the reservation, except for the case when there is a change in the number of persons mentioned in the booking confirmation
• If the client does not appear on the day of boarding or does not use the booked number of days of accommodation or ordered services without fault of the owner, the client is not entitled to any financial compensation in relation to the owner and the owner is entitled to get 100% of total prize for services from client

Description of the area of ​​interest:

The village of Pasohlavky is situated about 30 km south of Brno, above the northern edge of the upper reservoir Nove Mlyny, near two world-famous territories under the auspices of UNESCO - the Palava biosphere reserve and the Lednice-Valtice area. Interesting hydrothermal sources are located in the area of ​​interest.

The nature of the landscape is low, in the area towards the Pálava Hills it passes in the hillside. The area of interest belongs to the river Dyje river, which passes through the system of Novomlynska nadrz in the neighborhood of the solved area. The area is the hottest part of the Czech Republic with long, warm and dry summer and short and dry winters.

Part of the area under consideration is currently used for short-term recreation. The water areas, including the Great Lagoon and the Small Lagoon, line the beaches in an approximately 50 m wide strip, with areas for camping, accommodation, seasonal services and sports.
